GP telephone and video consultations are routinely bookable either online or by calling reception. GPs are also conducting face to face consultations based upon your assessment of clinical need following a discussion between the GP and the patient.

Our Nursing and HCA team continue to provide routine face-to-face appointments for the services they provide.

In line with current advice, if you develop a new, continuous cough, a fever, or loss of taste/smell, you and your household must self-isolate for 10 days.

For non-urgent queries please submit an online consultation which you can access via this homepage. This service is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm. For anything urgent please call us in the first instance. If we are closed then please call 111. In an emergency please call 999.

NHS vaccine passport

The surgery is unable to issue a letter or certificate confirming your vaccination status for overseas travel. Please see Government guidance for further information. Proof of your vaccination status is visible within the NHSapp, which is available for Apple and Android devices.

Alternatively, you can call the NHS Covid-19 helpline on 119 and ask for a letter to be posted to you. This must be at least five days after you have completed your course of the vaccine, the letter may to take up to seven days to reach you.

Please check Foreign Office and local travel advice for specific details of whether proof of vaccination status is accepted at your destination. The majority of countries, including the UK, still require arrivals to participate in a Covid-19 testing, isolation and/or quarantine regime, regardless of their vaccination status.

Please do not contact your GP for a COVID-19 vaccine

The first phase of the NHS Covid-19 vaccination programme has started. When it is the right time you will receive an invitation to come forward. For most people this will be a letter, either from your GP or the national NHS. This letter will include all the information you will need to book appointments, including your NHS number. Please do not contact the NHS to get an appointment until you get this letter.
